Love their chocolate chip bagel! A little pricy for bagels. Good variety of salads, soups and sandwiches.

The Montgomery Village Einstein Bros Bagels is going downhill fast. I waited 20 minutes and my order was missing two sandwiches that I ordered. The person making the food asked to see my receipt when I told her I didn't get two sandwiches that I ordered. The MV Einstein is one of the only places around MV ave to get a quick bite but in actuality it is not quick and the service is so slow. The workers there are not working as a team and they don't seem to care about customer service. I feel this location is outdated as is much of the shopping center. This restaurant is very inefficient. Save yourself some trouble and go to Panera on 355 or the one in Germantown near Wegmans.

Before today I would have given this Einstein's Bagels a rating of 5 stars, but today when I stopped in to get my usual hummus veggie sandwich on a challah roll, they told me they no longer will be selling the challah rolls!!! What??? I've been getting the same sandwich for years and sometimes, late in the day, I would have to get my sandwich on a bagel when they had no challah rolls left that day -- just NOT the same! Not at all as good as it was on a challah roll! PLEASE bring back the challah roll!!

I got the hazelnut mocha latte with skim milk and it was DELICIOUS! It was like a Nutella coffee! I've never been to an Einstein ' s location, even though I've had their bagels at work. I was pleasantly surprised and i think I found a new coffee drink!!

Went here solely based on Kaylee's review and we were not disappointed at all. The sundried tomato shmear was indeed great. Tried the spinach Florentine bagel, which was ok too. Overall it was a nice experience.

I really like the bagels here and the staff are friendly and nice. My favorite shmear is the sun dried tomato, it tastes so good on the six cheese bagel. Yummy!

Dirty, filthy and criminals hanging out. Avoid it!

The coffee was ok, the food wasn't good for the price and the service slow. I should have went to Micky D's, least it would have been cheaper

We have been going here since before we had kids, so maybe six years. Overall, I like this place. There have been times when something happened that I was unhappy about, but considering how often we have been there I guess it's inevitable. My wife likes the new thin bagel things, I like the spinach bacon panini, and sometimes lox. Coffee is good too.

Ate there this morning for the first time in years. Food was okay, but one thing I do now after getting seriously ill at another restaurant is check-out the cleanliness of a place while I'm waiting in line. This place needs a SERIUOS cleaning. Check out the ceiling and the front of the counters (at floor level) the next time you're in there, you'll see what I mean. There's just no excuse for that.

I needed a quick semi healthy lunch so I stopped in here today for a yummy bagel sandwich. I ordered the everything bagel, not toasted, with a smear of cream cheese, tomato and swiss. They were generous on their smear and tomato was ripe and oh how I love swiss cheese. The everything bagel was fresh and very flavorful. The place was clean and the employees were friendly.

One of the few consistently worthwhile businesses in this disastrous shopping center. It's a big place as they go, and sunny with indoor and outdoor seating if you want to eat something there. I'm usually just grabbing bagels and going, and they're good for that too. They have pretty much the full range of Einstein Brothers options, which are reasonably cheap, large, and tasty, if not earth-shattering. Certainly the only place in the area I'd suggest for breakfast.

I love EBB as a whole, their bagels and sandwiches are some of the best, but this location's service is on the border of being terrible. They are always so slow. Too slow when they have at least 5 employees working at once. It took at least 5 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese. Literally. I am not exaggerating... I really don't like calling people out, especially if I don't know their personal situation (whatever may be causing them to act a certain way), but almost everyone that works there has an offputting attitude. I can't remember his name, but one guy who works there is AWESOME. He's very helpful with helping you pick exactly what you have a taste for if you can't find it on the menu. He the only one that gives quicker service with a smile and a totally positive aura. Please give him a raise or SOMETHING, he deserves it without question. Everyone else definitely needs to take notes from him. I know everyone has their days, and serving food isn't the most glamorous job, but it's your job. You have a job. It may not be the one you want, it may not pay well (I don't know), but you have a job. Please have management visit this location as secret shoppers and make adjustments as necessary. I'm not saying fire anyone, not at all, but a fire needs to be lit under some butts.
